After researching good agents I decided to use Emergico as I felt they were the most professional, knowledgeable and truthful and I was definitely not disappointed. I had seen lots of people miss out due to changes in migration that their agents were not up to date with or aware off. Emergico were always up to date if not ahead of changes and therefore there advice was accurate and reliable. Having an office in the UK and Australia meant that either Leanne or Marina were normally always available and quick to reply on the few occasions I had any concerns. Marina was my case worker and she was amazing her knowledge of the process was fantastic and she done every single bit of paperwork I more or less checked it and signed it. Using an agent meant I didn’t spend loads of time checking emails and stressing I knew Marina would contact me with a clear explanation of what documents I required and to top it off I didn’t need to wait till UK time to hear about my grant as soon as I received it Leanne Stevens phoned me herself from Australia.
